User or you

User or you means any person viewing any page of any part of the Site and the Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply for Third Party Websites

Some Sponsored Content made available through the Site is maintained on the website of the Content Sponsor, and not on the Site. This means that when you are on the Site and click through to that Sponsored Content, you may be leaving the Site and, in some cases, will be redirected to the site of the Content Sponsor and subject to the policies of that Content Sponsor.

The Site may also feature ads from third parties. When you click on an ad you will be leaving the Site and will be redirected to the Advertiser's site and subject to the policies of that Advertiser. It should be clear to you when either of these site transfers occur as the "look and feel" of your web page will change, and the URL will no longer refer to the URL of the Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern the use of, or disclosure of any information you choose to disclose to the Advertiser or Content Sponsor, or to the Advertisers' or Content Sponsors' sites.

The Information we collect

We only collect Personally Identifiable Information about you from our Site if you choose to provide it to us. This means you can visit our Site without revealing any Personally Identifiable Information. Like most web sites, our web servers do collect information about your visit, but not about you personally. This information may include the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit.

Providing additional information beyond the fields in the registration process is entirely optional, and making such information visible to the public and to other Users is under your control.

User generated Content and Interactions

The Services enable user generated content in the form of public profiles and interactions. To access the Services you must complete the registration process and accept the Terms of Service. Users author and publish a public profile that can be viewed by visitors to the Site. Further, the Services provide for User interactions. In these cases, each User is granted full control of the selection and extent of exposure of Personally Identifiable Information.

Credit Card Information

When you pay for Content or Services with a credit card you are required you disclose the credit card number, the billing address of the credit card, the name on the credit card, the expiry date on the credit card, a three digit security code, and any other information necessary to process payment. Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Such information will be collected only through encrypted technology and may be stored in our secured database.

Third Party Personal Information

The Services include features for a User to email an invitation to a third party. We only use the email address of that person for the intended purpose. When that person accepts your invitation and registers to the Services the Privacy Policy applies.

This data may be exchanged between the user's computer, our Site, and the systems of our infrastructure partners. The linkage between this data and your Personally Identifiable Information is never shared without your permission except when required by law.

When you access a Site, a small file called a "cookie" is placed on your hard drive. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Services may not be available to you if your cookies are disabled. We may use electronic images known as "clear GIFs" (sometimes called "transparent GIFs", "Web bugs", "pixel tags" or "beacons") that allow us to track general user traffic patterns. The Site also automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested.
